As Benchmark is a small friendly agency, we take the time and care to find out your needs as tenants .We should have a property in our register to suit everyone, and if we don’t, then we will certainly try our utmost to find the right property through our network of landlords. Each application for a tenancy is treated on its own merits.

Our property register reflects quality properties either furnished or unfurnished at affordable prices. Short or long term leases are available, holiday homes too! Our landlords are exceptional and this ensures all maintenance needs, if any, are addressed with a full responsive maintenance service. Care is taken to ensure all properties conform to both gas safety and fire and electrical regulations and only professional trades-people are used.
Some of our properties are in rural locations, pets are allowed at the discretion of the landlord, who may set some extra provisions, such as a higher bond for instance, yet if you don’t ask you won’t know!
